VILLA IN COSTA BLANCA, ALICANTE

The house is situated on the Costa Blanca in Alicante, on a spacious plot of land that was once used for agricultural purposes. The terraces serve as a reminder of this history but will be transformed into a modern interpretation of their original design.

The terraces will be reduced by half, increasing the space between them and necessitating the construction of new walls made from local natural stone. This approach emphasizes the importance of landscape integration to minimize their visual impact while simultaneously allowing for the creation of new spaces.

Stunning sea views on the Costa Blanca, an infinity pool, trails set within a private natural environment, and expansive re-naturalized spaces—this is a dream come true.

This project encompasses 15,000 m² of green areas, a photovoltaic installation, and 930 m² of retaining walls constructed for the reconfiguration of the terraces. It features 9,230 plants, including a study of native wild species from the surrounding mountains.
